I would like to take a trip to Scotland at some point in my life. My family's heritage can be traced back to Scotland. I would really like to experience the nature of the Scottish Highlands. One of the places on my bucket list is Rosslyn Chapel. It holds a special place in history. As a Freemason, the symbols that can be found carved into the walls are extremely interesting. As a historian, I would like to see it as well. The Chapel has several things carved into its walls that refute the history taught to us. One of the items carved into the walls is "maize" or corn. This was carved into the walls nearly fifty years prior to Christopher Columbus' voyage, and confirms that he was not the first to discover North America.
